The dietary fiber beta-glucan ensures a long-lasting feeling of satiety and can have a positive effect on cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Therefore, oats are also very suitable for diabetics. For the oat bread from the Original FX Mayr, we use gluten-free oat flour, which is particularly well tolerated (e.g. also suitable for people with celiac disease). The combination with buckwheat and arrowroot flour creates a particularly tasty, easily digestible and valuable bread.

Empty the entire package contents of the organic oat bread baking mix into a large bowl, add 450 ml soda water and mix everything into a creamy batter. Then fill the dough into a loaf tin and bake at
