The new star in the world of flour. Our mix of light and wholegrain buckwheat flour adds a wonderful aroma to various baked goods. From blinis and crackers to buckwheat mash, crรชpes and the Original FX Mayr buckwheat rolls โ€“ this flour guarantees an intense, typical bread flavour. Buckwheat flour does not contain any gluten, as it belongs to the knotweed family. This allows its other ingredients to really stand out: high-quality protein, vitamin E, B1 and B2 as well as numerous basic minerals such as potassium, iron, zinc, manganese and magnesium make the flour a genuine power provider. By combining it with the Baker's choice bread spice you can produce exceptionally aromatic baked goods.

RECIPE TIP BUCKWHEAT ROLLS

Ingredients for 25 portions:

500 g buckwheat flour
560 ml soda water
1-2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. bread spice "Bakerโ€™s choice"

Mix all the ingredients together till you have a soft dough. Place some baking paper onto a baking tray. Form bread rolls with the help of a spoon. Place them onto the tray and bake for 15-18 minutes by 190ยฐ air circulation.
